All accepted papers (main conference, competitions, special session) MUST have at least one full (non-student) registration no later than August 18, 2023, 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the early registration deadline). A student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. A student registration does not cover a paper. Each full registration covers one paper.

Registration fees include:

NOTE: The ticket for the optional trip to the Postojna cave is NOT included in the registration fee. The tickets for the trip to Postojna are NOW sold out (as of 20 Sept. 2023).

Cancellation policy
All refund requests must be made via email to Harriet Baldwin ([email protected]).
Cancellations before August 18, 2023, 11:59pm ET will be subject to a 50 USD cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS will be made after August 18, 2023.
You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
